Join us for an artist reception for the first show in the Roy T. Wardell Gallery featuring works by the nine educators currently teaching classes at the GCAC.

GCAC Member Pop-Up & Demonstrations

GCAC Members will also be demonstrating and selling their works in the adjacent classroom. The store at the GCAC will be open for browsing and sales of custom greeting cards, hats, prints, stickers, mugs, and many other unique artisanal goods.

There is no fee to attend, and all ages are welcome.

Paint Like the French!
Laugh and paint your way through a dreamy image inspired by the French Impressionists. In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll learn, how to show light, movement, and mood using loose brushstrokes and soft, expressive color. No prior painting experience required, participants will all be creating the same painting and go step by step together. You’ll have a finished painting you’ll be proud to take home by the end of the evening!

You’ll be guided through creating your own romantic, atmospheric painting while enjoying a relaxed, social setting designed for couples, friends, or solo creatives looking for a fun activity.
