Now Hiring: Part-Time Receptionists

The Greeley Creative District is seeking friendly, reliable individuals (two positions available) to serve as the first point of contact for visitors at the Greeley Creative Arts Center. Our front desk receptionists help create a welcoming atmosphere for artists, students, and community members while supporting the daily operations of our center and store.

  • Hours: Approximately 10-15 hours per week. Exact schedules will be coordinated to ensure consistent coverage Thursday-Sunday, noon-6 p.m.

  • Compensation: $15.16 per hour

  • Location: Greeley Creative Arts Center, 702 13th Street, Greeley, CO

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and provide a welcoming front desk presence

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Manage and respond to a customer service email inbox

  • Process purchases and serve as cashier for the art store

  • Provide basic information about classes, events, and services

  • Perform light administrative tasks as needed

  • Help maintain a tidy and organized front desk and retail area

Essential Skills

  • Friendly and professional customer service skills

  • Comfortable communicating with the public in person, by phone, and via email

  • Basic computer and email proficiency

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Interest in the arts / creative industries preferred
