WinterFest Makers’ Workshops

“Make” your holiday extra special and join the fun at any of the many Maker Workshops offered throughout the day. Create cards, ornaments and decorations and craft holiday foods, special drinks and much more! A special North Pole Mailbox is stationed at LINC where letters to Santa can be dropped off for special delivery by the Greeley Fire Department following their workshop on Santa Safety tips. Bring your holiday greeting cards to LINC between 2 - 4 PM to be stamped by special helpers with a unique Greeley commemorative holiday image created just for the occasion. Special guest appearances add to the fun.

Learn basic hands on decorating skills with noted sugar artist, Marilyn White. Cookies will be decorated using six different icing tips with various designs from each. LINC’s Innovation Technicians will be using the lathe to create Christmas Ornaments. Twenty-minute demonstrations will occur at the top of the hour between 12pm and 4pm. There is a moderate amount of noise created by the lathe.
