The artists of Street Gallery 808 come from diverse paths. They’ve experienced homelessness, incarceration and other barriers that often push creativity into the background of survival.

Through art, they reclaim their voices, process their experiences and reconnect with hope. Their work reflects resilience, humor and honesty. Some paint vivid abstracts to express emotion; others photograph life on the streets. Every piece carries the weight of lived experience and the light of transformation. These artists are creators, thinkers and storytellers using art as a means of healing, mental health, and self-determination.
