Local Business Spotlight: Luna's Taco's & Tequila

To help support and promote businesses within the Greeley Creative District (and to celebrate that we are able gather in person again), our board has started convening at local venues for our monthly meetings. In March we met at Luna’s Tacos & Tequila.

At first glance a taco shop might seem an odd place for a morning board meeting… But in the heart of the Greeley Creative District (GCD), owned by one GCD board member and exquisitely adorned by another GCD board member, it actually was an ideal place to regroup around our goals and plan for the work ahead.

A little about Luna’s Tacos & Tequila… Owned and operated by GCD board member Samantha Corliss, alongside her partners Brian Seifried and Ely Corliss, Luna’s scratch kitchen strives to serve the highest quality natural ingredients, sourced locally when possible. Luna’s features an innovative menu that pays homage to Mexican flavors with a respect for authenticity and a passion for creativity. These values are also beautifully echoed and expressed in the venue’s aesthetic. Featuring a bold 2-story indoor mural by GCD board member Armando Silva, the ambience is vivacious and innovative—an ideal environment to dream and plan for the year ahead.
